Welcome New Members
An orientation for new members will be held on Sunday, September 12, at 9:30 am in the parlor. Lunch will be served after the 10:50 service in Fellowship Hall. Local Mission Opportunity
Are you interested in helping to lead or assist with a weekly Bible study among recently re-housed homeless in the East Dallas area? For more information or to volunteer email Martin Jones at martin@fbcrockwalltx.org.

First On Missions School Supplies Needed
Please join us in helping provide backpacks and school supplies for the Bhutanese refugee children. Donations can be dropped off at the First On Mission table located across from the office. Needs include: pencils, colored pencils, markers, erasers, crayons, glue, construction paper, manila paper, 3 ring binders, spiral notebooks, notebook paper (wide rule), rulers, backpacks and lunch boxes. The Deadline to bring school supplies is Sunday, September 5.

Kitchen Help Needed
Kitchen Help is needed in preparing the First Family Meal on Wednesdays beginning September 8 from 9:00 - 11:00 am or from 3:30 - 7:00 pm. If you can work either or both of these times weekly or even once a month, please contact Jane Asher at 972-722-9895.

Shuttle
To ensure parking spaces for our visitors, we are asking our members to use our members to use our shuttle service. The shuttle picks up in the Brookshires shopping center. Please park in the northwest corner (near Autozone). The shuttle will run every 15 minutes.

Habitat for Humanity
The Rockwall Area Habitat for Humanity is in need of volunteers, donations...and families. Yes, families! If you know of a family in need or if you would like to volunteer or donate, please contact Natalie Revell at 214-930-1103 or natalie@crystalfrogmarketing.com.

Altar Flowers
To reserve Altar Flowers please call the church office at 972-771-8459. Two arrangements are needed each week. The cost is $40 per arrangement and you will be invoiced the week following the Sunday you reserve the flowers.

Lost and Found
Are you mssing your Bible? How about your gloves? Have you searched high and low for your car keys? We may have found them. Stop by the church office to see if your lost items have been found.

Visit Our Church Library
Whether you want to study the Old Testament Prophets or get Christian videos for children, we have it all. Our library is full of books, videos, DVDs, tapes, and Bibles. Open times are posted outside library.
