Young & Median Adult Ministries

Make a connection. That is the goal of our Young/Median Ministry. We want each adult to connect with God, each other, and their role in ministry and service. We organize through small groups for relationships and quality bible study and through departments for ministry, outreach and fellowship. Join us.

Essentials - for Young and Median Adults (mid 20's & 30's) @ 9:30 am, Sunday mornings
Join us as we seek to apply essential biblical principles to the most essential issues we face today:  keeping our marriages strong in Christ and raising our children to love and serve our Lord Jesus Christ.  We are co-taught by Chris Ebeier and David Sweet. We meet in room 403.

Young Married Adults
@ 8:10, Sunday Mornings
Come serve with us as we live in the fast lane (kids we have to taxi everywhere).  We seek to keep our marriages strong and lead our children well through a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.  We are co-taught by Charlie Wess and William Rose in room 403.

Median Adults @ 8:10, Sunday Mornings
Our class is comprised mostly of empty nesters who seek to live life based on three principles: growing closer to God, maintaining strong families, and serving others.  Pete Brown teaches us and we meet in room 406.

Family Fellowship -- for Young Adults (mid 20’s – mid 30’s) @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
Each week our class focuses on prayer, the study of God’s Word, and its practical application to our lives as we grow in Christ, strive to raise families, maintain business careers , and work towards a better balance in daily living.  Our class strives to maintain an atmosphere of genuine love, encouragement, accountability, and spiritual enrichment.  We are comprised mostly of young married adults with younger children.  Our class is taught by Russell Kelly in room 410.

The Journey -- for Young Adults (mid 20’s – mid 30’s) @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
Our class purpose and focus revolves around the word “relationships”.  We focus on three primary areas; our relationship with God, our relationship with our families, and our relationship with others.  The age of the class spans from the mid 20’s to the mid 40’s. Our class is taught by Greg Kerbel in room 404.

Life Lessons for Young Married Couples -- for Young Adults (mid 20’s – mid 30’s) @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
Our class is comprised of young couples in their late 20’s to early 30’s with preschool to younger school age children.  We explore the Bible topically as well as verse by verse studies.  For those who prefer a smaller setting, we also have a “break out” group of 5-6 couples studying a specialized topic for 4-6 weeks, which then rotate back into the main class.  Our class is taught by Jason Ross in room 516.

Young Married/Parents of Preschoolers -- for Young Adults (mid 20’s – mid 30’s) @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
If you are newly married or just starting your family, we invite you to join us as we build relationships through Bible study and fellowship.  Our desire is to strengthen our marriages in these early years.  Our class is led by Phil Rawley and we meet in room 407.

Growing in Grace -- for All Ages @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings - Room 409
Gracious and caring are two words that describe this class. They combine a deep study of the Bible with servant hearts. Rich fellowship and service projects characterize this class which is open to all adults. Taught by Martin Jones in room 406.

Koinonia -- for Young Median Adults (mid 30’s – 49) @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
As our name indicates, our class of median aged adults desires true fellowship.  We are unified in ministering to those God brings our way.  Our teacher is Randy Eilts  in room 501.

Life Application Group -- for Young Median Adults (mid 30’s – 49) @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
Our class goal with each Bible study session is to walk away with a Biblical principal to be applied to our everyday lives.  We are a group of people in the 45-54 age group that enjoy focusing on real life practical applications of God’s Word.  Our class is taught by Rick McDowell and Kirk Buchanan in room 512.

Median Adult 1 -- for Young Median Adults (mid 30’s – 49) @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
Come with us as we seek to grow deeper in our relationship with Jesus Christ, strengthen our marriages, and encourage one another.  We are a class comprised mostly of married adults in our 40’s.  Our teacher is Darren Lewis in room 411.

Parents of Youth -- for Young Median Adults (mid 30’s – 49) @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
As parents of students from middle school to college, we believe life is built on faith in Jesus Christ, a serious study of the Bible, and a strong prayer life.  Our class is taught by Charlie Lambreth and David Walls in room 507.

Re-United in the Word -- for Young Median Adults (mid 30’s – 49) @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
Most of our class members have school age children.  As active, serving families, we enjoy reuniting each week to study God’s word.  Tim Reynolds is our teacher in room 506.

Topical Discipleship -- for Young Median Adults (mid 30’s – 49) @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
Setting our hearts "to study...to do... and to teach" (Ezra 7:10), our class is for all adults of all ages. A new in-depth topic from God's Word is studied every eight to ten weeks. As students around the study of Scripture we encourage one another to be faithful disciples of our Lord. Currently, Tom and Laurie Barnett are leading a study of "Shadows of Jesus in the Old Testament" where hidden nuggets of truth from the Hebrew Scriptures are explored and discussed. The class meets in room 118.

Dot.Com (Diggers of Truth/Children of Melchizadek) -- for Median Adults (50 - 55) @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
Our class is comprised of adults, 50-60 years old.  For the most part, our children are high school or college age.  The curriculum we use is the Through the Bible Series, but our textbook is the Bible.  We enjoy in-depth study and discussion.  Our teachers are Al Beckett and David Braun in room 408.

Bible Boomers -- for Median Adults (50 - 55) @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
We are a class designed for the mature believer who enjoys an in-depth Bible study.  A major part of our class is discussion.  We are empty nesters with an age range from 45 – early 70’s.  Our teacher is Gary Saunders in room 520.

Footprints -- for Median Adults (50 - 55) @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
In the familiar poem, footprints indicate both walking with our Lord Jesus Christ and allowing Him to carry us through difficulty.  We seek to do both through a challenging study of scripture and in finding ways to support one another.  Led by Mike Ross, we meet in room 402.

Median Adult 2 -- for Median Adults (50 - 55) @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
A small group Bible study designed for in-depth  Bible study.  Led by Randy Hyde in room 115.

Women in the Word -- for Women @ 9:30, Sunday Mornings
